Fleetwood Australia was proud to host a major national announcement on modular housing at our Smithfield manufacturing facility.🏠📣 With the Federal Government committing $54 million to support the advanced manufacturing of prefabricated and modular homes, it was fitting that our facility — one of the largest in Australia — was chosen to showcase the capability, speed, and scale of what prefab can deliver. 🏫 15 Modular Units | 744m² New Space | 11 Weeks On-Site New after-school care facility delivered to meet the growing needs for Coomera Anglican College. Designed for both functionality and child safety, the facility maintains seamless operations with minimal disruption during construction. Modular construction was the best choice here, as it allowed the existing OSHC facility to remain fully operational during the build. By adopting a phased approach, Fleetwood ensured the new facility was completed, handed over seamlessly, and followed by the safe demolition of the old structure. College Business Manager Ryan Diaz shared his gratitude: “The College is grateful to the incredible Fleetwood team for bringing the vision of the College’s OSHC facility to life.
