Revolutionary Fluid Membrane Barrier Technology for relining Oil and Gas pipelines along with New Energy requirements
About us
Fluid-7™ as a "Deep-Tech" has developed the world’s first trenchless Cure in Place Pipeline (CIPP) Membrane Barrier technology for Oil and Gas pipeline remediation and new pipelines as well as facilitating 'Green Energy" conversion for transmission and storage of Hydrogen, Ammonia and CO2. Our Mission: To transform the global energy industry by achieving the following objectives: 1. Cost Efficiency: We halve capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational costs (OPEX) through our cutting-edge membrane solutions. 2. Sustainability: By extending asset lifecycle performance, we contribute to a greener future, supporting decarbonization efforts. 3. Energy Innovation: Our membranes enable the adoption of new energy sources like hydrogen, revolutionizing the industry. 4. Emission Reduction: Our technologies actively enable reducing 'Fugitive Methane' emissions, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) for heavy industry, promoting better environmental stewardship. At Fluid-7, we believe that our fluid membranes are more than just technology; they are the conduit for progress, resilience, and a sustainable energy landscape.

Learn about black powder and its impact on pipelines!
Advanced CIPP Energy Fluid Barrier Tech > Building stuff of value, concept to delivery, product to global value chain > Thinker | Problem Solver | Tenacious > Key Skills - Listening | Understanding | Communicating
Black powder forms throughout the pipeline process: from producing formations, through well-piping and gathering lines, in reservoirs for fluid separation and along transmission pipelines. Until now there’s not been an efficient, low cost solution that doesn’t disrupt production.

As Nathan comments the penalties under the Clean Air Act for US energy pipeline and infrastructure owners can be severe especially around 'Fugitive Methanee" emissions which is what our Fluid-7 relining solution can put an end to for energy pipeline owners. https://lnkd.in/gDVrQK7i

🔧 Adapting Natural Gas Pipelines for the Hydrogen Economy: Challenges and Opportunities 🌍 As we move towards a more sustainable future, hydrogen is emerging as a key player in the global energy transition. But to fully unlock its potential, we need a reliable and efficient infrastructure to transport this clean energy carrier. One of the most promising solutions lies in adapting our existing natural gas pipelines for hydrogen transport. In my latest article, I explore the technical and economic challenges of converting natural gas pipelines to carry hydrogen and the opportunities this presents for accelerating the energy transition. Here are some key insights: 💡 Leveraging Existing Infrastructure: Repurposing the vast network of natural gas pipelines offers a cost-effective and timely solution for developing a hydrogen infrastructure, significantly reducing the need for new construction. 🔧 Key Strategies: From material upgrades to pipeline integrity management and hydrogen blending, there are several strategies to ensure the safe and efficient transport of hydrogen through existing pipelines. 🌍 Global Case Studies: Projects like HyDeploy in the UK, Gasunie’s Hydrogen Backbone in the Netherlands, and Germany’s hydrogen grid expansion are leading the way in demonstrating the feasibility of this transition. ⚙️ Overcoming Challenges: While the potential is significant, we must address technical barriers, economic considerations, and regulatory challenges to fully realize the benefits of hydrogen pipelines. By adapting natural gas pipelines, we can accelerate the deployment of hydrogen, reduce costs, and enhance energy security—all while moving closer to our global climate goals. 👉 Read the full article to learn more about how we can convert natural gas pipelines for hydrogen transport and drive the energy transition forward. #HydrogenEconomy #EnergyTransition #PipelineInnovation #CleanEnergy #Decarbonization #HydrogenEnergy #SustainableFuture #GreenTech #NetZero

Interesting study by APA on best methods to transport Hydrogen taking into account Australia’s existing infrastructure. The APA study found pipelines to be a cost-effective solution for transporting large quantities of energy (in the form of molecules) over long distances. This aligned with findings from the recent Net Zero Australia study. Fluid-7 technology allows for repurposing of existing pipelines and storage for new energies like Hydrogen and Ammonia.#pipelines #newenergies #energytransition #innovation #relining
