Mission Be recognised by our clients, as an extension of their business as a result of our collaborative approach, training capability, vast experience and commitment to improving performance. Our Values Progressive Meaningful Passion Our Story The Directors decided to establish a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that was capable of understanding the complexities of different organisations, their culture and critical training needs, and have the capability to develop meaningful training solutions to assist frontline and middle managers develop into inspiring leaders. As the business evolved over the last few years, Future Institute of Australia RTO CODE 41339 expanded its offering to not only help leaders but organisations (as a whole) to improve performance and change behaviour. This covers everything in the business eco-system from sales, customer service, business, leadership and management training. Our Philosophy Future Institute strongly believes that if organisations invest in their employees by developing their skills and knowledge, the benefits are enormous, in staff retention, output and efficiency. In our experience a common fear among business owners is that if they invest in training, staff might leave or go to a competitor. 🚨 New Resources from WorkSafe WA to Empower Bystanders Against Workplace Sexual Harassment 🚨 WorkSafe WA has released valuable resources to help bystanders take action if they witness sexual harassment in the workplace. Taking a stand can create a safer and more supportive environment for everyone. Here’s how you can make a difference: 🔹 Call it Out: If you feel comfortable, address the harasser directly. Your voice can discourage unacceptable behaviour. 🔹 Join the Conversation: Show support by speaking up to try to de-escalate the situation, but only if you feel safe and comfortable. 🔹 Check In: Reach out to the affected individual afterward to offer support. 🔹 Report the Behaviour: With permission from the affected person, report the incident to your employer or PCBU to ensure accountability. Explore WorkSafe WA’s new resources to understand how bystanders can take meaningful action to create safer, more respectful workplaces. Empower yourself to make a positive difference. ✊ #StandUp #Respect #WorkSafeWA #NationalSafeWorkMonth2024

Preventing Musculoskeletal Injuries: More Than Just Training Both physical and psychosocial hazards can lead to musculoskeletal injuries. While training is important, it alone cannot fully manage these risks. The most effective way to prevent musculoskeletal injuries is by designing work in a way that minimises or eliminates hazards. This involves thoughtful design of tasks, equipment, workspaces, and systems to reduce the risk of harm. By creating a safer work environment, you help protect your team from injury and promote long-term well-being. #Nationalsafeworkmonth2024
