🏆 Record-breaking summer 🏆 Our legendary restaurant teams have been smashing it this summer, breaking many individual sales and NPS records. Leading our tribe and hitting our Grill'd weekly sales record out of the park is our Surfers Paradise team, who have been wearing the national number one crown for four weeks this summer... and counting. "The two things that have really set us up for success have been our training in the lead-up to summer, to increase the team's competency, and having a good team culture.
