A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Incredible HCA Healthcare Heroes 💜 Throughout the lead-up, impact, and aftermath of Cyclone Alfred, our healthcare workers in QLD and Northern NSW showed remarkable resilience and teamwork. Many of you worked long hours, powered through outages, took on double shifts, and continue to support clean-up efforts — all while delivering essential care to your communities. Your efforts made a real difference in the lives of so many across SE QLD and Northern NSW, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Even with many of you facing a cyclone for the first time, you stepped up with courage, compassion, and commitment. Thank you for showing up, standing strong, and making a difference when it mattered most! #HealthcareHeroes #CycloneAlfred

Have You Met Michelle? Our new Branch Manager in Albury-Wodonga HCA has just opened an office in Albury servicing the Albury-Wodonga region and have appointed a local, Michelle Winkler, as our branch manager—and she's already working her magic to place local staff! ✨ Here's a little glimpse of Michelle in action: Last Tuesday evening, she spotted that one of our Perth nurses had recently moved to the East Coast and settled in Albury-Wodonga, hoping to find nursing shifts. Without missing a beat, Michelle activated our network and by Wednesday evening, our nurse was walking through the doors of Wangaratta Private Hospital for her first shift! This isn't just luck—when you partner with HCA, you're joining a community where people like Michelle match the perfect healthcare professional with the perfect opportunity. 💜 Local people, embedded into the local community, placing local staff. A special thanks to Michelle Winkler, Branch Manager HCA and Jonelle Hill-uebergang, CEO DCS Wangaratta Private Hospital – Ramsay Health. If you are a nurse, apply today and discover why our network connections and candidate care are second to none. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g8Ae8BE7 #HealthcareSupport #newoffice #healthcareaustralia

Happy International Women’s Day to all who identify as women! 💜 This year's theme, #AccelerateAction, highlights that change starts at the top. We asked three of HCA’s inspiring female executives — Celia Beinke, Michelle Monaghan and Sue Cudmore—to share their experiences overcoming challenges, paving the way for others, and the women who have shaped them. Here’s what they had to say… A huge thank you to the incredible women across our healthcare workforce, internal teams, and clients for all that you do. Every year, we take another step toward a more inclusive, empowered future. 🚀✨ #IWD2025 #WomenInLeadership #DiversityInHealthcare
