🎨✨ Celebrating Innovation at Our First FigmaCon, Config! ✨🎨 Last week, we came together as a united team for our inaugural FigmaCon, ConFig run by Figma—a true celebration of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning at Honey Insurance. We broke out into separate rooms to hear from a diverse lineup of speakers on design systems, AI integration, and Product strategies, each session deepening our understanding of innovation. Our lineup featured thought-provoking talks from industry leaders like Cam Worboys from Cash App, Jessica Hische, and innovators from Figma, Vercel, and more. Discussions sparked across teams, bridging Engineering, Product, and Design to envision the future of creativity and cross functional collaboration. Last Friday we celebrated Honey’s 3rd birthday. To encourage creativity and camaraderie our Culture Club set the theme as ‘THREE’ - iconic trios, triplets and trilogies. Competition was fierce but the best dressed trio was 'Scissors, Paper, Rock' (not pictured). Although Scissors, Paper, Rock is considered a game of luck, there’s no such thing as luck when it comes to building a winning business and culture.
