It’s a common misconception that Brokers are only required if you aren’t highly educated in lending or you have a low credit score/low profitability. This is not the case at all. Gone are the days you can “lean” on the ATO for cash flow or have 100% GIC remitted (although I highly recommend talking to your bookkeeper or Accountant to look into this for you). The ATO interest rate is roughly 10% - 11%. It would be worthwhile getting in touch if this is causing you cash flow concerns so we can holistically look at your business to see how we can free some cash up. This deal was tricky! This cosmetics company was exporting from Hong Kong and had just won a large contract in the USA, and required additional funds.
