The breakthrough in decarbonising is here. For the hard-to-abate sector that must decarbonise economically, InfigoLabs' patented Hydrox Combustion Technology, delivers electrification of high temperature heat at high efficiency. Unlike other power-to-heat solutions (e.g., thermal block storage or electric coil heating) the Hydrox Cycle delivers sustained thermal energy that does not vary in temperature or heat content and incorporates cost-effective green energy storage in the form of gaseous stores, reducing the levelised cost of heat.

Australian climate tech companies are growing and leading global climate innovation. The CEFC has backed the latest industry report by Climate Salad which shares developments and trends by drawing from the self-reported data of 689 participants and further insights from 200 interviewed companies. Highlights include: - Significant growth in operational companies - $1.4 billion capital raised with more raisings planned - Overseas expansion plans for 42 per cent of companies surveyed - 43 per cent of climate tech companies report having at least one female founder. In addition, we have been using air for industrial combustion, which wastes energy heating up the 78% nitrogen in the air, also polluting it irreversibly in the process. In complete contrast to this age-old method, InfigoLabs’ breakthrough Hydrox Combustion Technology® drastically slows down the explosive reaction between hydrogen & oxygen gases to produce very high-temperature steam in a ceramic-lined reactor. So, yes: we can produce heat using solar power on the Moon and Mars for our future generations. However, here and now, using these very core value-creating principles, we decarbonise ethylene production, while increasing product yield by >12% and increasing uptime by eliminating 20~60-days decoking interruptions, directly increasing the sector’s bottomline. At InfigoLabs Pty Ltd, we are pleased that the European Union is incorporating full lifecycle emissions footprint into their project evaluations. Cradle-to-grave emissions that account for entire product life cycle (raw materials, processing, transport, usage and end-of-life waste/recycling ability) will remain key in comparing technologies in their ability to decarbonise our planet. As example, InfigoLabs Hydrox Combustion Technologyᵀᴹ based ethylene cracker not only completely decarbonises steam cracking (currently accounting for 8% emissions of the entire chemicals sector), but the resulting hydrogen from our zero-carbon footprint pyrolysis process is a valuable, byproduct (termed as turquoise hydrogen), that can be used to cost-effectively decarbonise long-haul road transport. This is how InfigoLabs Pty Ltd focuses on adding value for our customers with fit-for-purpose, retrofittable solutions. The hard-to-abate sector imposes large, sustained demands of hundreds of MWs of high-temperature thermal energy. And while delivering this, InfigoLabs Hydrox Cycleᵀᴹ incorporates cost-effective energy storage (gaseous stores) to reduce the levelised cost of heat.
