IPCQ recently completed the blasting and painting of four columns in the IPL Urea Shed. The bottom section of the columns was blasted and will be encased in concrete. The remaining areas of the columns will be blasted and painted according to the IPL G3 Paint system. The columns were encapsulated, and we used an EWP to access them. #abrasiveblasting #protectivecoatings #IPCQ

The IPCQ Pty Ltd- Industrial & Protective Coatings QLD team have been busy up north in Cairns! Our team of 20 have officially hit the halfway mark of our 2.5 year contract with 11 transmission towers complete and 4 more currently in progress. The system involves an initial high pressure water wash, wet abrasive sweep blast, post-blast wash down and 2 coats of a zinc-rich coating. With rigorous inspection processes at each stage of the surface preparation and coating system by AMPP certified coating inspectors, we are delivering top quality results for our client! #IPCQ #transmissiontowers #teamwork #abrasiveblasting #protectivecoatings #industrialpainting
