The team celebrated a couple of Milestones this month with Mason Headland & Alex Jane both ticking over their 1st year with IronMerge People. In just one year, we’ve seen incredible growth, thanks to the dedication and passion of our growing team. Our General Manager, Ben Newnham, had this to say about two of our standout team members: "Mason joined the business on our inaugural Indigenous Recruitment Pathway Program designed by us to attract Indigenous talent into the Recruitment Industry. Mason has been a sponge for knowledge from day one. He’s embraced every challenge in the recruitment world with enthusiasm and a calm maturity beyond his years. His growth has been remarkable and I look forward to watching his career evolve over the coming years" "Alex Jane, a founding member of our reformed Senior Leadership Team, has been instrumental in laying the foundation for IronMerge’s growth in 2024. His leadership of our S.E.E.D. Program has been the driving force for our 'Purpose not Profit' Initiatives, with his contagious passion inspiring everyone around him." Join us in thanking the lads for an amazing 1st year -Here’s to many more! #IronMergePeople #OneYearAnniversary #Teamwork #Growth #IndigenousEmployment #SEEDProgram

💛 R U OK? Day – A Conversation Could Change a Life 💛 At IronMerge Group, we believe in the power of community and connection. Today on R U OK? Day, let's take the time to check in on our friends, family, colleagues, and ourselves. A simple question – "Are you OK?" – can make a world of difference. It's OK not to be OK. And it's more than OK to reach out, listen, and offer support. Together, we can create a safe space for everyone to feel heard and valued. 🔗 Learn how to ask and start a meaningful conversation: https://lnkd.in/gHgTZGUR #RUOKDay #MentalHealth #Support #Community #IronMergeCares

At IronMerge Group, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of future professionals. That's why we were thrilled to be given an opportunity to partner with Joseph Banks Secondary College on their PATHWAYS Program, a pre-pilot initiative designed to equip Year 12 students with the tools, advice, experiences, and guidance they need to successfully navigate life after school. PATHWAYS, led by Miss Belinda (VET Coordinator) and Miss Lisa (Senior School Youth Support Worker), offers students a comprehensive introduction to post-secondary school life. After a series of interactive workshops developed by Ben & Alex which were held at the school, five students visited IronMerge to participate in mock interviews conducted by our Recruitment Team. These young individuals arrived ready to impress. They engaged in a variety of staged interview formats, including Group Sessions, Panel Interviews, and One-on-One Interviews. It was clear that they took the experience seriously, presenting themselves with professionalism and poise. "At IronMerge, we believe that real-world experience is invaluable, and we’re proud to have provided these students with a platform to practice and refine their interview skills," said Ben Newnham, Group General Manager at IronMerge. "In an industry often flooded with generic cookie-cutter advice often delivered by people who have been in their roles for 5 minutes, we wanted to give the students something different, our own spin on things based on our decades of experience that is both relatable, honest and raw. The feedback and networking opportunities they gained will no doubt serve them well as they move forward with starting their careers." The students' feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing newfound confidence and clarity in their career aspirations. One student reflected, "Thank goodness that was my first interview, because I tanked it and if it were in real life, it would have been my last!" Another shared, "I have now realised that I would like to work in a business/administration role. This has motivated me to pursue that goal." We are incredibly proud of these students for stepping out of their comfort zones and representing both themselves and Joseph Banks Secondary College with distinction. Their dedication and willingness to learn are qualities we at IronMerge greatly admire, and we are excited to see where their journeys take them next. Ben Newnham | Alex Jane | Des Headland

Father's Day is a time for celebration, reflection, and gratitude. It’s a day to appreciate the men who have guided, supported, and loved us throughout our lives. For many, this day brings a flood of memories, of shared moments, lessons learned, and the unique bond that shapes us in ways words often can't capture. For those of us who still have our fathers, let today be a reminder to cherish the time we have. Engage in the conversations, create new memories, and express your gratitude. And for those whose fathers are no longer with us, take comfort in the memories that endure, the stories that make us smile, and the impact that will never fade. Father's Day is more than just a day on the calendar—it's a celebration of love, connection, and legacy. Today, let’s honor all fathers, those present and those passed, for the irreplaceable role they play in our lives. Their legacy lives on in us, in our actions, and in the stories we continue to tell. IronMerge Group wishes a Happy Father's Day to all 🧡

The IronMerge People team is looking sharp in their new NAIDOC Week polos, designed by Djookanka Sisters. The artwork beautifully depicts the coming together of communities from across Australia to keep our fire burning, preserve our culture, share our knowledge, music, and dance, and protect our land and waters. For us, this unity is the essence of Keeping the Fire Burning, and we invite everyone to join us in this mission. The bold, vibrant symbols on the polos proudly represent being BLAK, LOUD, and PROUD 🖤💛❤ Margie Sabile | Elizabeth Palmer | Owen Frankhouser | Mason Headland | Alex Jane
