I was learning how to ride a scooty, but my undeveloped reflexes caused a terrible accident as I dashed into the garden with tiles and concrete structures. September has been a month of challenges, for me and my family, from multiple surgeries and hospital visits. Finally now, I'm on the path of recovery with baby steps everyday. But why am I posting a life story on LinkedIn? First, never learn how to ride a bike or a scooter with big boots and a helmet. Second is to express my deep gratitude to JDoodle . While a few companies made the news because they didn't care enough, JDoodle proved that they're truly the opposite. Not only did I get full month's leave, but I received full support to get back into the game slowly and no pressure to join sooner. My team members, Lucas Hakewill, Savitha Subramanian, Melvy Almeida, and Akanksha Hindocha checked on me every week and asked if I needed any other support. As the cherry on top of the above, I also got gifts and flowers while I was at the hospital. It's so important to work in a place you are excited to get to work, and that's what JDoodle has been to be for the past year. It's been great to learn that JDoodle feels the same. P. S.
