Position Overview: As an ICT Technician at Kurnai College, you will be responsible for IT support for an entire campus, and you will be part of a team. We are seeking candidates with a background in Microsoft server management, knowledge of active directory, troubleshooting skills with IT and ideally, prior experience within the Victorian school system. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert technical support for a wide array of software and hardware, including sophisticated networks and office technologies. * Manage deployments of laptops, notebooks, and other cutting-edge technologies across our campus. * Deliver exceptional IT support, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime for our educational community. * Collaborate with a team of professionals to maintain and improve our IT services. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Technically proficient with a passion for delivering great customer service. * Able to work effectively within established guidelines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. * Possess strong administrative skills and the ability to handle concurrent jobs efficiently.
