Certificate III vs. Certificate IV in Fitness: What You Need to Know With 30 years in the fitness industry, I've seen many RTOs push the idea of bundling Cert III and IV so you will receive a discount and save. But here's the truth: having both doesn't guarantee your dream career in the fitness industry. What you may save at the beginning will end up costing you later. Many new PT trainers end up paying rent at gyms they cannot afford, struggling to convert complementary sessions into paying clients, and having to find another job to cover their rent. That's why starting with a Certificate III is often a better path. It lets you lead group sessions, understand a gym's operation, and be paid a salary. It's a great way to craft your skills, gain experience and build confidence. Once you've built a solid foundation, you can pursue a Cert IV to become a personal trainer. By then, you'll likely be ready for self-employment, managing your clients and pursuing the lifestyle of being a personal trainer. Think long-term—start with a Cert III and set yourself up for success. Have questions? Reach out anytime! https://lnkd.in/gyKeuXaq

Julia is a WB2C Tiddas in Construction graduate with an inspiring story of resilience and transformation 🌠 In the past, Julia has struggled with drugs, alcohol and the law which she says, led her down some dark paths. After having a realisation that she wanted a different life for herself, Julia showed the courage to move away from her community to seek out a new future. She found her feet and got the taste of working life, experiencing many different industries. Recently, Julia moved back home to reconnect with her parents and siblings. Sadly, a short time after moving home, her mother passed away. Once Julia felt ready to restart her career, she signed up to our Tiddas in Construction program 👷🏽♀️ and completed it with flying colours! Julia’s resilience has proven to be great and after completing Tiddas, through the training hosted by CHS Training she gained a role with Lack Group. She now has the opportunity to go down the pathway of becoming a team leader for their traffic control unit! Well done Julia, our team is so proud of you 🥰 #construction #womenempowernent #FirstNation Christianna Cartwright Patrice Ochin Nakoa Pitt Brooke Lyn Steve Clarke (JP) Peter Skorupanovic Terri Grendon Colin Pratt Kyle Lack Darren Hayes Alisi Tutuila Amy Kayrouz Noah Dean John McNamara
