Earlier this year we conducted our first resident survey here at Levande. We asked our residents for their insights, feedback and advice to help shape the future of our business. The more than 6,000 surveys submitted (reflecting over 76% of our occupied homes) produced some exciting metrics. We’re proud to share that 95% of our residents feel their village staff are kind and respectful. This figure tells the story of our team’s hard work and dedication to fostering caring and trustworthy relationships with their communities. As a company we’ve spent the past 3 months since closing the survey reflecting on the results, recognising how impactful our hard work has been for Levande's residents and planning ways to keep improving their retirement years. #levande #levandeliving #retirement #retirementliving
