Soaring to New Heights: Lifestyle Communities' Top Gun Summit Last Friday, our highly anticipated annual Summit took place, with the theme 'Top Gun' setting the stage for a day filled with inspiration, FY25 strategy and teamwork. As you can see, in true Lifestyle Communities® fashion, we had fun with the theme. The heart and soul of the day is our focus on our Homeowners, our North Star, and the experiences/communities we can deliver for them. People Experience team members wore flight suits, interesting stories from our team developed into their call signs for the day and each team talked through their FY25 mission objectives. These presentations went beyond mere updates, serving as a celebration of our joint accomplishments and a roadmap for successfully executing FY25. What truly impressed us was the strong sense of unity and purpose among the teams. Listening to each presentation highlighted our shared vision and dedication to accomplishing the mission.
