We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Henry Ruiz as Chief Executive Officer of Lifestyle Communities. Henry is joining the Lifestyle Communities team with over 25 years’ experience in the property, digital media and technology sectors. He has spent the last 15 years with REA Group, where he served as CEO of REAx, Chief Strategy and Product Officer, Chief Digital Officer and CEO of REA Asia. With Henry’s extensive global experience and outstanding commercial and operational discipline, paired with his strong personal values and customer centric mindset, he will be an invaluable asset to our team, homeowners and shareholders alike. Henry will officially start on 5 March, and we cannot wait for Henry to lead and inspire Lifestyle Communities in its next chapter of growth.

This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Brendan Fevola to Lifestyle HQ for an inspiring session on Self Fevolution, where resilience meets self-improvement. It wasn’t just a treat for the footy fans; Fev’s story resonated with all of us. He shared the highs and lows of his journey, both on and off the field, and how, step by step, he’s rebuilt a life he’s truly proud of. His story was a powerful reminder that setbacks aren’t the end of the road. We all fall down, but it’s how we rise that defines us. A big thank you to Brendan for his time, honesty, and for reminding us that growth is always possible.
