On Friday Lindian hosted a very special opening event to hand over the newly constructed Chanthunya Police Unit to the local authorities and the community in the Balaka area. The new purpose-built facility, with financial and technical support provided by Lindian, is designed to improve the safety and security environment for both the local community and Lindian's operations.     "We are proud to contribute to the safety and well-being of the Chanthunya community," said Alwyn Vorster, CEO of Lindian Resources. "This police unit represents our commitment to fostering mutual trust and cooperation, economic growth, and improved livelihoods to the people of Malawi" Friday’s event welcomed some very special guests including the local Senior Chief of Chanthanyu, Eastern Region Police Commissioner, Lindian management, Government dignitaries and local community groups.

Lindian Resources Limited executive chairman Asimwe Kabunga : On behalf of the Lindian Board, I am pleased to present the 2024 Annual Report for Lindian Resources Limited (Lindian or the Company). It has been another busy 12 months for the Company, which maintained a rapid pace of development across its asset portfolio led by the globally significant Kangankunde #RareEarths Project (#Kangankunde or the Project) in #Malawi. Operational highlights in the first half of the 2024 Financial Year included the delivery of a maiden Mineral Resource estimate (MRE) at Kangankunde, which established it as one of the premier rare earth deposits globally. The MRE was followed by additional drilling at depth, which resulted in the establishment of an exploration target. With consistent operational execution throughout the year, Lindian completed additional infill drilling alongside site development works at Kangankunde, culminating in a maiden Ore Reserve and a Feasibility Study announcement post-balance date. The Kangankunde Feasibility Study highlighted the compelling economics and strong technical attributes of the Stage 1 Project, demonstrating its world-class status.
