Don't look at loyalty as another thing - it should be part of everything, integrated with your POS, ordering and more. That gives you the ability to ensure you are engaging and rewarding across every channel. 2. New technology like cardlinking takes the friction out of customers earning - with their credit card linked to their loyalty, they earn automagically.
