Today's the Day! Welcome to the Challenge. There are many ways to go about the challenge - ultimately it is up to what works for you but if things haven't been working then it is OK to change it up to! Here's my story on changing things up. I have had many years of stubborn weight loss resistance evening though I have always eaten low carb real food so I have come back to team breakfast and eat a carnivore breakfast 1 hour upon rising after I have been outside to get light in my eyes and the earth on my feet (resetting my circadian rhythm). I then eat again about 2pm and then I start my fast. This has been a game-changer for me and since starting just before we had LCDU Melbourne I have lost 8kg so I am hoping with this challenge to keep the momentum going! Hi Everyone, We're counting down to November 1st for the LCDU Challenge. Stories from the Challenge group so far: Kristen says: I’m treating this challenge as an experiment to see if a ketogenic diet will improve my blood pressure… I previously practiced the diet during 2020 and felt great but I’ve struggled to re-establish it amongst the conflicting environments of home and work. I eat low carb consistently but I want to dial it in a notch. I’m relying on you guys to be my wing people! Bionda says: Hoping to shake off the sugar struggles, stablise my blood sugars (living with Type 1 diabetes) and rock walking the Camino Frances(almost 800km) in 2025. Pam says: I need a kick along. Was excited when I got the email re this. Went to the first two LCDU at St Kilda Town Hall back in the day. I learnt so much and was great at Intermittent fasting. A few months back I started carnivore and it help my gut issues so much, but it’s hard not to stray. . Eating out is hard as it the festive season oh and work gets in the way too. Rod says: My own goals include to wear a continuous glucose machine (CGM) for two weeks, to measure my blood ketones during this time, and to try carnivore for a week. I also plan to eat two meals a day with no snacking. Leah says: My goal is to continue with 30days of Carnivore as I have been having great success with it. I am also adding in exercises to help reset my Circadian rhythm such as seeing sunrise and sunset, grounding and taking regular "sun breaks" Tell us, what will your goal be for the 30 days?
