We are very pleased to have submitted a comprehensive application to the Federal Government’s Regional Precincts & Partnerships Program for the Coffin Bay Business Precinct Regeneration project. The team have spent the last 18 months carrying out preliminary investigations, stakeholder engagement and industry and community consultation to prepare an impactful proposal that aims to address key challenges and constraints in Coffin Bay associated with land availability, critical town infrastructure and traffic (vehicle + vessel) movements. The project will enable the growth of the iconic Coffin Bay oyster industry and provide community, visitor and environmental benefits while simultaneously achieving one third of all actions identified in the Coffin Bay Master Plan.
