Yesterday, we hosted the M3 Property Valuer’s View panel event at Merivale's ivy Sunroom in Sydney, welcoming over 100 clients. Our valuation experts, Cristian Pagano, Daisy Chen - JP, AAPI and Matthew Maruca led a panel discussion on the latest trends and insights in the NSW Residential Development sector.   Moderated by Jarrod Morgan, topics covered on the panel included the challenges and opportunities in the market; interest rates and the impact they are having in the NSW Residential Development sector; the cost of construction and the ability to deliver projects; and the latest NSW Government planning reforms and implications for the housing sector. #valuations #commercialproperty #property #event #m3property
