Last week, we hosted our very first New Employee Induction to welcome new starters to the McPherson's family! The session was a fantastic mix of insights and introductions, with our CEO Brett Charlton opening with our company strategy and history, setting the stage for our exciting future. The Executive Team followed with an overview of their functions, offering a deep dive into the heart of our operations.
