S4P Seminar 23: Sleep Education for Psychologists: From Training to Practice Sleep education is crucial for psychologists to help people improve insomnia. However, nearly half of trainee psychologists receive no sleep education. That's why Hailey Meaklim, a sleep psychologist and researcher, conducted a study examining the effectiveness of an online sleep education workshop. The workshop aimed to improve trainee psychologists' sleep knowledge and their skills and confidence to deliver evidence-based interventions for insomnia.
