Transition to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART): Important Update👩⚖️🧑⚖️⚖️ On 14 October 2024, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) will be replaced by the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). Here's what you need to know: 🔹 Automatic Transition: All cases currently before the AAT will automatically transfer to the ART. If you are an applicant or party to a case, there’s no need to reapply. 🔹 Managing Applications: Continue to lodge and manage your applications through the AAT website until the ART commences. Any new applications made before 14 October 2024 will also automatically transfer to the ART. 🔹 Accessing Your Case: If you’ve applied using the AAT’s online services, you will still be able to access your documents and case information after the transition. NSW Skilled Migration Program 2024-25 Update! Exciting changes are coming! The NSW 2024-25 Skilled Migration Program is set to launch in September with the program opening in October. Regular invitation rounds will occur every 2-3 weeks until all allocations are filled. What to expect? ❇️ Subclass 491 - Pathway 1 TSMIT (Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold) applies at the time of application. TSMIT Concession List with Type 1 (90% of TSMIT) and Type 2 (up to 10% non-monetary) components. Requirement to Work in Regional NSW only; no need to live in Regional NSW. ❇️ NSW Skills Lists Reintroduction of NSW Skills Lists (published at the Unit Group level). All occupations within the Unit Group will be priority skills for subclass 190 and 491. ❇️ Subclass 491 - Pathway 3 Regional NSW Graduate Pathway for recent graduates who have studied in Regional NSW in an eligible occupation. ❇️ Skilled Employment Definition NSW adopts the Home Affairs' definition of Skilled Employment. ❇️ Simplification All valid EOIs for NSW will be considered. 📅 Stay Tuned!
