We are proud to lead Victoria’s annual Cultural Diversity Week (CDW) to celebrate cultural diversity, a week which is centred around the importance of the United Nation’s (UN) Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. Did you know that it’s against the law in Victoria for employees to be discriminated against on the basis of their race, including by employers and other employees? Employers have a legal obligation to eliminate race discrimination. This International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, know your rights about race discrimination in the workplace.
