Our 4th wave of "Mentally-Healthy" research is in market now. You can take the survey and participate using the link below. Each time we've conducted the research it's led to and informed initiatives that have helped to improve understanding of mental wellbeing in the creative, media and marketing industries. It led to our anonymous 'Asking For A Friend' online events with a psychologist and an industry leader, our mental health support groups, Circles, and the creation of the Mentally-Healthy Minimum Standards. Participating and having your say, really can help to create change. Please take 20 mins out of your day to take the survey and / or share today. https://lnkd.in/graXeRpm

Tash’s direct and transparent approach has led her to now build a global business that has been recognised in almost every industry and business publication in Australia. Dubbed the ‘Mighty Mouse’ of the advertising industry by Forbes USA and proudly named one of Campaign Asia’s ‘40 under 40' and Women to Watch’, it’s safe to say Mash's impact on the industry has spread far and wide, changing the way brands and creatives view their work for the unforeseeable future — and for the better. Ben is an organisational psychologist with over 20 years of research and practice expertise in the measurement and management of employee wellbeing. His research on burnout, stress, creativity, and teamwork has been published in dozens of articles in leading academic journals, and presented at national and international conferences.
