We’re excited to be working with our valued client, McNab, on a project for Community Housing Ltd (Queensland) as part of the Queensland Government’s Big Build initiative. This development, designed by KO&CO Architecture, will deliver 43 thoughtfully designed apartments built to silver and gold Social Housing Design Guidelines. It will also include commercial and communal spaces, along with dedicated areas for tenant support services. Our team is proud to support this project by delivering mechanical and HVAC-R services, including air conditioning, air distribution systems, car park extraction, and more!

We're thrilled to be working with our valued client, McNab, on works at CityPort Cold Store. CityPort will be a prime state of the art 19,530sqm cold storage facility and will house up to three separate tenancies, each equipped with freezer and chiller storage and bespoke offices. The building will include 28 integrated dock levellers installed along with and advanced refrigeration and freezer technology to optimise efficiency for occupiers. We look forward to starting electrical works on the project later this month and supporting the delivery of a high-quality facility that enhances cold store logistics within Queensland.

A shout out to Protea Place for the incredible work they do supporting women in need across our community. Exciting times for the Manjali Middle Years School as it opens its doors to students! We are proud to have played a role in this modular build, which was prefabricated in Toowoomba before being installed in Western Australia.
