Continuous Delivery doesn’t stop at deployments. You also have to manage day-1 and day-2 operational tasks, which take time and can be difficult for other teams to self-serve. Octopus’s Runbooks feature lets you automate these routine and emergency operations tasks, giving you one platform for DevOps automation. We introduced Runbooks in 2019, and we’re about to add Configuration as Code support for runbook processes. To help celebrate, we’re revisiting how to use runbooks effectively.
