A group of Rooty Hill High School year 10 students accompanied by two career advisors recently visited PLP Australia’s head office and manufacturing facility at Glendenning, NSW.   The students watched a presentation about the various industries PLP supports and the large range of products produced in the factory. A tour of the site demonstrated the range of skills and variety of job opportunities available in the manufacturing industry.   The students were engaged and interested in the factory tour and are considering apprenticeship options to pursue a career path in manufacturing.   PLP Australia designs, manufactures, and supplies products and services that support critical infrastructure networks for the electrical power and communication industries.   #PLPAustralia #Australianmanufacturing

PLP Australia celebrated the Diwali Festival of Light by dressing in traditional Indian clothing and enjoying a selection of savoury and sweet Indian cuisine. The Rangoli patterns on the floor represent happiness, positivity and is intended to welcome Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and good luck.    The event was a great opportunity to bring everyone together and celebrate the diversity and customs of the PLP team members.   #diwali #plp
