For example: 1️⃣ A whopping 53% of LGBTQIA+ initiatives have insufficient capacity to achieve their strategic goals. 2️⃣ The majority operate with an annual budget of less than $25k. 3️⃣ A staggering 89% of LGBTQIA+ initiatives need support to improve their skills and capacity. 4️⃣ LGBTQIA+ initiatives most want support in impact and evaluation. These stats highlight the urgent need for targeted support, collaboration, and resourcing.
