Quality Management is an intrinsic part of project delivery, embedded in all the work we undertake for our clients.   As part of our ISO 9001 Continuous Improvement process, we internally issue a regular ‘Quality Moment’. Below is our Quality Moment on Managing Quality, as an example.   As you can see the process is relatively straight forward, it just needs to be followed, like any other process or procedure in the toolkit. 📢📢 Company Update 📢📢 We are pleased to unveil our new logo. The logo is a stylised infinity symbol, tilted at 45 degrees to symbolise our constant striving for excellence and innovation. The upward slope of the logo reflects our optimism, and growth mindset. The logo also conveys our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy (renewable energy), as well as our infinite possibilities for the future. This logo refresh is part of our 10th anniversary celebration, as we mark a decade of operation in early 2025.

Renewable energy is the future, but it also comes with many challenges. How do we design and operate systems that are efficient, reliable, and sustainable? How do we balance the technical, economic, and logistical factors of large-scale projects? We are proud to share our recent work on a power generation system using biofuels as the primary fuel source, which addresses these questions. We helped our client, who wishes to remain confidential, develop a concept that covers the technical, economic, and logistical aspects of the project. We delivered a comprehensive report to the client within the project timeframe, providing details and recommendations for the optimal location, design, and operation of the system. Our client was very impressed with our work and praised our professionalism, expertise, and innovation. This project demonstrates our skills and experience in the renewable energy sector. Successful Plant Trial Completion   Recently we successfully completed a confidential project (plant trial) for one of our customer’s gas processing facilities.   The multidiscipline project was undertaken over 10 months, through the phases of concept/select, FEED/detailed engineering, HAZOP, procurement, construction, and commissioning.   Despite a challenging project timeline, based on concurrent site activities, we were able to complete the work and commission the project on time, achieving the project’s objectives.   Our role included the selection of preferred vendors, based on the project’s specialised chemical processing requirements and other technical considerations. Commitment to the delivery schedule was crucial, and after meeting all these requirements, we selected vendors from: - Melbourne (pumps & miscellaneous items) - Adelaide (piping & valves) - Perth (structural steel, hired equipment & specialised technical support) - Darwin (concrete beams & tanks) - (Check out the map below)   The remote location of the site added a layer of complexity, requiring close attention on logistics and coordination, and support and collaboration from both our customer and the various vendors.   Operating from our Melbourne base, we conducted site visits to northern Australia at various stages (preliminary/scoping, construction, and commissioning), providing support and guidance as required.   We would like to say a big thank you to our customer for their support during the project, the various vendors who supported the work, and our multidiscipline engineering team. #FEED #DetailedDesign #GasProcessing #PlantTrial #Commissioning

This is a brief update to advise that we have successfully completed our ISO 9001 re-certification audit. We have held ISO 9001 accreditation since 2018, and we would like to thank the team at DNV for their ongoing support and advice to us on all matters regarding this topic. Working to the requirements of our Quality Management System makes the life of our engineering team easier, freeing them up to focus on delivering value to our customers.
