R U OK? Day was once again upon us. This year's theme, "Ask R U OK? Any day," reminds us that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and to start meaningful conversations when we notice someone might be struggling.   Our team kicked off the day with a yoga and meditation session followed by a morning tea.   Later, we had an interactive session with Anna Webb of The Oranges Toolkit, where we learnt how to identify and avoid burnout.   Thank you to Avneet Padda, Emily McCaw-Knopp, Anna Allthorpe, Holly Fitzgerald, and Tracy Hobeling for organising an insightful and reflective day. #PSM #LifeatPSM #RUOKday #RUOK #TheOrangesToolkit #Burnout #BeatingBurnout #MentalHealth #Health
