We are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Nicholl as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Raine & Horne Group. With over 35 years of experience in the property industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our rapidly expanding Residential, Rural and Commercial networks. Chris has been serving as the Head of Commercial Network for Raine & Horne since June 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of Market Director for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Singapore, where he oversaw the organisation's activities throughout the Asia Pacific region. Chris also has prior experience with a large multi-national commercial real estate group, and was formerly the CEO of a publicly-listed ASX company. In his new role as CEO, Chris will lead the Raine & Horne brand and guide its growth strategy, supporting over 350 offices across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the UAE, and Fiji. To date, the Raine & Horne Foundation has raised over $760,000 to support a variety of meaningful causes and initiatives aimed at empowering local communities and assisting those in need.
