As part of our strategic growth and the continued rollout of Salestrekker 2.0, Heather Gallagher will be joining the company in the newly created Head of Customer Success role from November 4, 2024. In this role, Heather will spearhead the implementation of Salestrekker 2.0’s customer success strategies, aiming to enhance onboarding and satisfaction for brokers, aggregators, and lenders. Her primary focus will be assisting these groups in leveraging the extensive capabilities of Salestrekker. As the Head of Customer Success, Heather will work closely with customers to foster engagement with Salestrekker 2.0’s innovations and identify opportunities for them to optimise their usage and achieve better performance outcomes with the platform. “Heather has unique insights into the current pain points brokers face, even when they don’t realise it themselves. As someone with extensive experience in the industry, deep insights into the benefits of Salestrekker 2.0 and standout capabilities as an educator and trainer, this is a coup for Salestrekker,” said Dalibor Ivkovic CEO of Salestrekker. Heather is finalising her role as the Head of Training and Education for outsource Financial, a key aggregator partner of Salestrekker. Before this, her career included roles at the Bank of Queensland and Westpac.
