Rudy brings with him an impressive 20 years of experience in game development, having worked on some of the most iconic titles in the industry, including Club Penguin, Call of Duty, Skylanders, and World of Warcraft. Before joining Saltwater, Rudy co-founded Mythical Games, a Web3 unicorn that made significant waves in the gaming industry since its inception in 2018. His passion for Web3 has led him to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the space, including Pudgy Penguins, Animoca’s Pixelynx, Binance Labs, and Outlier Ventures. We are incredibly excited to have Rudy on board as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of gaming. His wealth of experience and forward-thinking approach will be invaluable as we expand our game portfolio and harness the full potential of our tech platform. Revving Up the fun at Saltwater Games! 🏎️ Last week, our team gathered at the F1® Arcade in London’s St Paul’s for the Saltwater Games’ Summer Gathering, and what an event it was! This was our chance to come together in person, in a fantastic location, and do what we do best… play games! We enjoyed four hours of top-notch Sim F1 racing, indulged in amazing food, and sampled the finest cocktails. It was an unforgettable experience filled with excitement, laughter, and team bonding. At Saltwater Games, our culture is just as important as the games we produce. Encouraging our team to have fun and enjoy themselves on a “work day” was brilliant, and we loved that we could provide this fantastic experience for everyone. Exciting News at Saltwater Games! 🚀 We are thrilled to welcome our new Head of AI, Joshua Tanner, to the Saltwater Games family! 🎉 Josh brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of software, AI, and business. His impressive background includes leading projects in data analytics and developing advanced AI-driven applications in computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and knowledge graphs. Under the mentorship of esteemed tech leaders like Nigam Shah and Jure Leskovec, Josh has honed his skills and made significant strides in the field. In the entrepreneurial world, Josh founded Qutuva, a software development firm dedicated to small business tech solutions. His most recent venture, Cortexia, showcases his innovative spirit, where he designed the architecture for AI-based longevity software using a unique Mixture-of-Experts technique. Additionally, as Co-Executive Director of HealthAI, Josh fostered partnerships that propelled data-driven healthcare innovations. But that’s not all—Josh also shares his knowledge and passion for AI through teaching. He founded and teaches a graduate course on the fundamentals of deep learning at Stanford University, inspiring the next generation of AI enthusiasts. We are incredibly excited to have Josh lead our AI initiatives and can’t wait to see the amazing advancements he will bring to Saltwater Games. Join us in welcoming Josh to the team! 👏

Exciting news here at Saltwater Games! 🚀 We are thrilled to welcome Andy Tudor as our new Game Director for Celeros!🎮 With 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, Andy has an impressive track record, having worked on TV/film phenomena like Fast & Furious, 24, and The Walking Dead, as well as notable racing franchises such as Project CARS, Need For Speed, and Test Drive. Andy has brought his expertise to major companies like Sony, Namco, and Electronic Arts, and is recognised as an Xbox Ambassador and an honorary member of BAFTA. Most recently, he launched Spirit Force Arena in the Web3 Gaming space for Aavegotchi. But that’s not all! Outside of gaming, Andy is also a Drum and Bass DJ and Producer, releasing his debut album in 2023, and holds a Karate 1st Dan (that's why we're writing all these very nice things about him) We are excited to have Andy’s diverse talents and leadership on board as we continue to push the boundaries of gaming with Celeros. Welcome to the team, Andy! 🎉

On July 14th, they’ll be running to support SpecialEffect, a remarkable charity that transforms the lives of people with physical disabilities through innovative technology, enabling them to enjoy video games and much more. Special Effect’s mission of inclusion and empowerment through adaptive technology aligns perfectly with our values at Saltwater Games, and we're excited to be continuing our support in this eventn again!
