Saunders’ Chair, Nick Yates, Managing Director and CEO, Mark Benson, and our leadership team were pleased to present our annual update to investors and shareholders at our AGM today. Key highlights from FY2024 include: 📈 Record revenue & earnings: We achieved record revenue of $216.1 million, up 7.6% from last year, and adjusted EBITDA of $21.3 million, up 17.7%. 🌍 Expanded market reach: With over 500 team members, we’re delivering major projects across Defence, Energy, Water and Resources & Industrials. Our recent Perth office launch underscores our commitment to growth in WA. 💼 Strategic acquisitions & pipeline: The acquisitions of Piping Solutions and Automation IT have fuelled a $2 billion pipeline, positioning us for larger, multidisciplinary projects. 🛡️ Commitment to safety: In 2024, we intensified our focus on safety, achieving an impressive 83.9% reduction in our Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR) compared to June 2023. 🌱 ESG and sustainability focus: Sustainability-related projects now make up 16% of our order book, aligning with Australia’s energy transition. We’re also laying the foundations for growth with an integrated ESG Roadmap, which has led to the release of our first RAP and a new Modern Slavery Statement.
