Excited to announce that Lorikeet has raised another USD 9m in funding led by Tom Humphrey at Blackbird with participation from our existing investors Square Peg and Skip Capital. We've now raised USD 14m to date. We've seen exceptional growth since our launch in October last year, to the point that Jamie Hall and I realized we needed to grow the team rapidly to keep up with the demand we're seeing fro the market. We'll use most of the funds to grow our engineering teams. Yes there's opportunity to sell, and we're hiring there too, but the biggest opportunity is to make our products even more powerful for our users. If you're an engineer in Sydney that wants to be part of the next local success story, please reach out. Those users are already seeing incredible results. With careful use of Lorikeet alongside talented support and clinical teams Eucalyptus have seen their support volume double in the last year without adding any headcount. They've done this while improving CSAT 10ppts and reducing delivering 90 second first responses to emails. Magic Eden recently migrated to Lorikeet from a noisy and highly funded competitor. Lorikeet's is delivering CSAT at the same level as their human agents... and nearly 2x higher than their previous AI solution. As part of this announcement I spoke to Amelia McGuire at the The Australian Financial Review about our journey and approach to building AI products. Link in comments!
