Introducing Coopers Brewery Brand Home Designed by Studio Nine Architects with interiors by studio gram, the $70 million Coopers Brand Home offers an immersive beer experience at Coopers’ Regency Park brewery. The building merges industrial functionality with a welcoming public destination, reimagining the traditional brewery experience. Its distinctive circular form reflects the brewing process and Coopers’ signature roundel label, while a tiered outdoor plaza connects it to the landscape. Inside, radial layers organise spaces dedicated to different aspects of the Coopers experience. The interiors celebrate a restrained material palette—concrete, timber, stainless steel, and copper—balancing industrial character with elegance. South Australian craftsmanship shines through bespoke furniture and custom joinery, adding warmth and authenticity. Every detail is purposeful, enhancing both function and experience. The Coopers Brand Home is a narrative of history, craftsmanship, and innovation, brought to life with precision and purpose. 🚧 Exciting news! 🚧 Construction is formally underway for the Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club and Tea Tree Gully Gymsport buildings at Banksia Park Sports Area 🎉 Tonight, we celebrated this major milestone with Elected Members, Members of Parliament, council staff, project contractors, and Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club and Tea Tree Gully Gymsport members all coming together! The new facilities, built by BluBuilt Constructions Pty Ltd and designed by Studio Nine Architects, will feature a state-of-the-art tennis clubroom (also servicing the netball club) and a brand-new, 2500m² gymsports gymnasium—an international standard facility. This is all part of a $14.7 million redevelopment for the sporting precinct, with future improvements to the football facilities on the horizon. A huge thank you to the SA Government for their support in making these projects happen. Anticipated project completion dates are late 2025 to early 2026. Stay tuned for more updates!

Recently featured in ArchitectureAu, the new Women's & Children's Hospital Foundation Family Health and Wellbeing Hub has now received $26 million in federal funding to commence construction. Led by the WCH Foundation, this project addresses complex, unmet wellbeing needs in Northern Adelaide — one of the state’s fastest-growing and most diverse regions. Through thoughtful design that seeks to de-institutionalise traditional healthcare architecture and a strong commitment to accessibility, the Family Health and Wellbeing Hub is set to become a cornerstone of Elizabeth Vale's Playford Health and Wellbeing Precinct. We look forward to seeing this important project continue to progress. Well and truly underway, the old Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club building has now been demolished, clearing the way for the new clubrooms project serving both the tennis and netball clubs. We look forward to continuing to see this project progress!

Jess is an accomplished architect with over a decade of local, national, and international experience across multi-residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors. She is driven by a passion for problem-solving and has a comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational facets of architecture. Having previously worked on large scale, complex projects in Sydney & London, she continues to embrace complexity, from navigating challenging service integrations in multi-residential designs to balancing diverse objectives in healthcare environments. As a strong advocate for emerging architects, Jess is part of the Australian Institute of Architects' EmAGN Committee, committed to sharing knowledge, fostering growth, and creating opportunities within the profession.
