RLB Singapore took a refreshing team bonding trip to the charming Kukup in our neighboring country, Johor, Malaysia. This short but delightful getaway gave us the perfect opportunity to step away from our usual work routines and connect with our colleagues on a deeper level through fun team-building activities. It was a chance to see different sides of each other beyond our everyday professional roles, which strengthens our bond and supports our ongoing pursuit of excellence. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making this trip such a success—from the passionate organizers to the enthusiastic participants. A special mention goes to our colleagues working from home who went the extra mile to join us for this wonderful occasion. Your presence truly made the event even more memorable. Here's to many more moments like this ahead!

Today marks two years since construction began on Waterfront Brisbane. We are grateful to our team and partners for their dedication in delivering this city-shaping project. The transformation continues, with exciting milestones ahead! #WaterfrontBrisbane #BrisbaneDevelopment #CityShaping
Two Years of Progress at Waterfront Brisbane. Today marks two years since construction began on Waterfront Brisbane, and we’re celebrating this milestone with our delivery partner, John Holland! Over the past two years, the site has transformed from the Eagle Street Pier restaurant precinct into an active construction site with in-ground foundations now underway. By the numbers, our key achievements to date on site include: - 500,000+ workforce labour hours - 32,000 tonnes of material removed during the deconstruction of Eagle Street Pier - 98% of deconstruction materials reused, repurposed, or recycled - 30,000m³ of soil mixing completed for ground improvement works - 78% of the new Riverwalk structure is complete, on track for its planned opening in January 2026 - In-ground foundations for the podium and North Tower have commenced The year ahead will be a transformative one as the site begins its vertical evolution. The North Tower will rise from the ground, and the completion of the Riverwalk will redefine Brisbane’s riverfront, shaping a new chapter for this landmark development. A sincere thank you to our talented team of consultants, subcontractors, and project partners for their dedication and expertise in bringing this city-shaping project to life. #WaterfrontBrisbane #ConstructionMilestone #BrisbaneDevelopment #BuildingTheFuture fjcstudio Place Design Group ONE PM GROUP.
