Last Sunday the Summit Fleet Leasing and Management team participated in the Cancer Council Australia - 7 Bridges Walk. A big thank you to our amazing team for completing the 28km journey around Sydney’s iconic harbour, in support of individuals and families impacted by cancer. We are proud to have raised $2,052 to help make a difference in this ongoing challenge. The Summit Fleet Leasing and Management Team is excited to participate in the Cancer Council Australia - 7 Bridges Walk on Sunday, 20th October 2024! Team Summit will take on a 28km journey around Sydney’s iconic harbour to support individuals and families affected by cancer. In New South Wales alone, more than 53,000 new cancer cases are diagnosed annually, impacting countless families, caregivers, and communities. In Memoriam The Summit Fleet team is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Mark McInnes. For nearly a decade, Mark was more than just our sales coach and mentor; he was a true friend and an integral part of our business. He took a genuine interest in our growth and success, consistently inquiring about our progress as if our goals were his own. Mark's expertise and passion guided us on an evolving journey, and his presence was a constant at our conferences, training sessions, and social events. He frequently attended these with his wife, Chantelle, a very welcome part of our extended family. Mark’s email signature read, "I take unscheduled calls." This simple statement embodied his open-door policy, a gesture that extended not just to his LinkedIn network but also to all of us at Summit Fleet, including our leadership team. He genuinely cared about our people, always offering his guidance, support, and friendship. Mark's impact on Summit Fleet is immeasurable, and his absence will be deeply felt across our organisation. We are profoundly grateful for the time we shared with him and the lasting influence he had on our business and our lives. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to Chantelle, Mark’s family, and his friends during this difficult time.
