JUST ANNOUNCED: Next summer, Newcastle's Town Moor will be transformed into the epicentre of the UK's live music scene as the Come Together Festival debuts from 4th to 8th June. Today, TEG is proud to celebrate 25 years of Qudos Bank Arena, Australia’s largest and most diverse indoor venue. Since opening on 6 November 1999, the 21-000 capacity indoor Arena was purposely built to house the Sydney 2000 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Since then, more than 15 million patrons have passed through the doors of Qudos Bank Arena, of what has now become a core hub of social activity in Greater Sydney. Over the past 25 years’ Qudos Bank Arena has hosted an all star line of top tier talent including everyone from The Rolling Stones, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Coldplay, The Wiggles, Kylie Minogue, P!nk, Fred Again.., to the Sydney Kings, Sydney Flames, the Sydney Swifts and beyond. TEG is excited to announce the appointment of Shane Harmon to the TEG Pty Ltd family as our Managing Director, Experiences. Shane will take over leading the TEG Experiences portfolio from Rachael Carroll, who will remain in the TEG family as Managing Director TEG Sport with a dedicated focus on the continued rapid growth of TEG’s global sports content. Harmon will operate from TEG’s Melbourne office, reporting into TEG Group CEO, Geoff Jones, where he will lead the strategic direction and development for TEG’s Experience arm of the Business. We look forward to welcoming Shane Harmon to TEG in January 2025.
