Responsibilities include maintaining and managing the site contract, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance requirements, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing KPIs and financial reporting, and ensuring project deliverables meet company and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have 10-15+ years of experience in a similar position, a background in heavy transport driving, experience in autonomous heavy haulage transport operations, and knowledge of the mining sector. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and understanding of finance and reporting are also required.
