The great thing about pre-opening is that you get your hands dirty! Part of our training path has been to immerse our team in the culinary treasures that make up Victoria. In recent months we have been working with FINWINES in the Yarra Valley on producing a pour that balances taste with the creations being served in Bang. We know what goes into our products, we support locals, and we have fun creating with our partners. We stand by what we are serving. We know what goes in it and how its made. And we like it too. 😉
