Our Business Development reps, Tasha and Simone, were joined by industry leaders, including Shayne from Marathon Tyres, who shared, “Never give up, always keep working towards your goals. No one can stop you but you!” This event supports our ongoing partnership with Atwea College, where students are completing a Business Cert III to build foundational skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork. On October 29, we held our very first World Café at our Telarah site—a new initiative to bring together participants and support networks for open discussions on Mai-Wel's core values: Respect, Excellence, and Integrity. With 15 attendees, the event was a wonderful blend of positive conversations, constructive feedback, and community spirit. Participants enjoyed reconnecting, sharing pizza, and even finding inspiration to try new activities.
