THERE is excited to announce we have won a bronze Best Design Award for our environmental branding project for global biopharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca. Briefed to create the brand experience for 'Co-Lab’ – a workplace destination dedicated to innovation – the new space provides a creative backdrop designed to make you look twice, transporting staff into a reimagined workplace. Geometries are purposefully played with via dimensional graphics, creating an immersive experience that works with the architecture to push boundaries and perceptions. THERE is pleased to have played a lead brand consultant role this ambitious and visionary project – Highforest by Mirvac - Luxury residences nestled in an enclave and surrounded by the Cumberland state forest. This rare gem of a site sits upon a former global tech HQ, and is now being re-opened to the public for the first time in over 50 years. Many will call it a once-in-a-generational opportunity. We are pleased to reveal a new brand Little Baxter café – aimed at caffeine connoisseurs, brew buffs, and pastry pilgrims – at Mascot’s magnet for lovers of the liquid kick. Moxy Hotels is a playful, affordable, and stylish international hotel brand that boldly breaks the rules of a conventional hotel stay. Working with visionary property fund and developer RF Corval and the vibrant teams at Moxy Hotels, THERE worked with Marriott Hotels team to create a unique name, positioning and brand identity for Moxy’s destination café set within the cooler-than-skool atrium lobby of its inaugural Australian hotel. With naming inspiration we looked to personify the café and bring it to life with almost human traits – and ta-dah! A cheeky, irreverent Little Baxter is born – Coffee kicks for those that linger longer. The brand encompasses an artful mix of brand strategy, branding, ToV, building signage, and packaging design. The creative focuses on an expressive graphic language which amplifies the caffeine ‘kick’ moment.
