TIME coordinates practical workshops for the community prior to our Sydney graduation events. For our most recent workshop, we had the opportunity to learn from Belinda Montgomery, TIME - Travel Industry Mentor Experience mentor and a member of the community for over eight years. The workshop focused on helping attendees leverage their transferable skills for career success. Belinda facilitated a practical session in identifying skills that are often overlooked when preparing for career advancement or career changes and how to develop these.
