🧐 Did you know? Every behaviour is a form of communication! 💡 Whether it’s verbal or non-verbal, behaviour tells us something about a person’s needs, emotions, or environment. That’s why behaviour support focuses on understanding why a behaviour happens—so we can provide the right support. At UDC, we believe in unconditional positive regard and a person-led approach to behaviour support. Because when people feel heard and understood, they can thrive. 💙
