Dom has experience managing construction projects from start to finish as a project manager and estimator, focusing on commercial and residential building projects. Dom brings a unique blend of financial acumen and industry knowledge to the table along with skills in project estimation, quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. As Assistant Project Manager, Dom works closely with senior project managers to meet deadlines, help with project planning and scheduling, and implement effective project controls, including strict cost management. PROJECT UPDATE | DA Approved for Sobels Wines, Hunter Valley   We are excited to share that our client's Development Application for Sobels Wines (a property located in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley) has been approved!   Vertex Project Management assisted Romeciti Group with the DA process for the development which involves a new pavilion (that includes a function centre, restaurant, and café) as well as new tourist and visitor accommodation villas (20 units over 8 buildings) across the site.   Congratulations to the whole team involved in the development of the Development Application, including Romeciti Group, HOT BLACK, de Witt Consulting (dWC), Northrop Consulting Engineers, Rohit Arora Visuals, Cool Burn, de Witt Ecology, Stantec, Evergreen Energy Consultants, Heritage Now, Ai Consultancy, Traffix Pty Ltd, JK Group, Raw Earth Environmental, Hill & Blume Surveyors and Wilde and Woollard (NSW).   #VertexProjectManagement #ClientSideProjectManagers #ProjectManagement

PROJECT COMPLETION | UKO Melbourne - Co-living Fitout Project We are proud to have completed the fitout of UKO Melbourne Central - a co-living development including over 100 units. We worked with client Paloma Property Partners and operator UKO to manage the transformation of a former hotel into this new and vibrant co-living space. Since joining our team as an Assistant Project Manager, Shelley has worked on numerous projects including Endeavour Energy's new HQ in Parramatta, hotel refurbishments in Queensland, WA and NSW, and projects for the University of Newcastle, just to name a few. She has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in every project.
