It's an honor to work with leaders and teams committed to fostering an environment where everyone can speak up, innovate, and thrive. Psychological safety isn't just a buzzword – it's the foundation of high-performing teams. Thrilled to again be a part of the SALA Leadership Program for 2025 - Managers Essentials. This exceptional program continues to evolve, reflecting the changing needs of today's workplace and setting the standard for ongoing leadership development. This year, I had the pleasure of delivering ‘Productivity with Punch’ and ‘Giving Feedback and Crucial Conversations’ virtually. This exceptional SALA ( South Australia Leadership Academy) program spans six months, complete with pre-work, post-work, and a guide for participant leaders to support - ensuring continuous learning and application. ‘Productivity with P.U.N.C.H’ 🥊 was a new addition, tailored for leaders juggling time pressures and multiple priorities. It’s packed with strategies to help leaders and their teams develop success habits and optimise their time, energy, and resources. The positive feedback and 9.4/9.2 ratings for delivery and relevance were a testament to the program's impact. What I love most is seeing participants find unique aspects that resonate and make a difference in their work. These 90-minute sessions at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the same day are the perfect blend of practical insights and time well invested. Each had approx 100 participants. The brain break am, mid day and after the session support people to solidly commit to the sessions and also get work done strong the sessions. An exceptional program combination delivered by the ‘OCPSE’ (Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE)
