PROJECT COMPLETION | PLC Sydney Preschool, Lane Cove PLC Sydney had strong vision to transform this once disused church into a contemporary preschool facility for 40 children in Lane Cove. The brief was to preserve the external charm of the original church building while completing alterations and additions to achieve the required change of use. And we've done just that! Inside, you'll find compliant and inviting spaces for little learners to thrive, explore and grow. And outside? A brand new playground with top-of-the-line equipment and convenient parking for both staff and parents. Congratulations to our outstanding NSW Interiors team for their great work on The Mill project. They transformed the existing building into two new commercial spaces while preserving its heritage charm. This involved meticulous repair and renewal of the brickwork and ensuring all heritage features remained intact. Working next to well-known retailers such as lululemon, Bendon Group, M.J. Bale and Under Armour as well as a great food & coffee offering being The Grounds at Alexandria definitely had its perks, but it also presented some unique challenges. Despite this, the team finished the project ahead of programme, and as you can see by the photos, delivered a wonderful result. The feedback we've received so far has been fantastic, and we're excited to continue our partnership with Dexus.
