Since joining #Youfoodz in 2019 as a Wholesale Customer Service Representative, Lauren Chester-Master has made incredible strides in her career. From her role as a Customer Service Supervisor to her transition to the E-commerce Team, Lauren has embraced every opportunity. In 2023, she officially joined the Product Team as a Product Operations Specialist, where she has truly found her passion. During Youfoodz Wellbeing Week, we focused on enhancing our team’s overall wellbeing through a variety of engaging activities: 🧘♀️ Physical Wellbeing: We kicked off the week with a rejuvenating yoga session, helping our team find balance and relaxation. 🧠 Mental Wellbeing: We held sessions on managing change and adopting a growth mindset, emphasizing the importance of resilience and adaptability. 🥗 Nutritional Wellbeing: We launched our Nutrition Academy and enjoyed delicious poke bowls, highlighting the connection between nutrition and overall wellness. 🤝 Social Wellbeing: We embraced a meeting-free day to foster connections and creativity and celebrated Carers Day with a special visit from our team members' children at the office! At Youfoodz, prioritizing our well-being is crucial for fostering a happy and productive workplace. During Youfoodz Wellbeing Week, the Product & Culinary team hosted 'Carers Day' where we welcomed the families of our team members to our HQ for a day packed with fun activities 🙌 From designing their own meal sleeves and taking part in a chef demonstration to creating their own meals and decorating cupcakes, the event was a hit with both children and adults alike👩🍳 It was a wonderful opportunity for our team’s families to see where we work, get involved in our creative processes, and enjoy a delicious lunch together🥗 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this day so special.
